A-la-Carte
This package essentially takes from the first step of identifying your needs and working out a solution, through to Monthly support as you ‘Go Fee For Service – Live’ with your clients. The length of time, involvement and contact is dependant on your business objectives.

Espresso
If you want the theory then be left alone, this package entails a full day consult to essentially workshop your needs and tailor a solution to your business. The Espresso is essentially the pre-curser to the Al-a-Carte consulting package.

Bite-size
Attend a 2-3hr group workshop where key topics, tips, traps and things to know are discussed.
Note: Minimum number of attendees required.

At a recent Business Improvement Day we asked Jason Kolevski to speak to his peers on the topic of a ‘Fee for Service’ practice. His session was well researched, constructed and superbly delivered.
